How does it work?

Following on from a successful pilot this programme will be delivered over one year. It will provide 20 further companies across the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) area with an in-depth business review and a dedicated business coach to work with them to enable them to achieve their growth potential. Participants will be given tailored advice through 10 days of business coaching as well as access to business support services and an optional residential leadership and business acceleration course.
